Rolesville Chamber sets Pub Hub mixer and Mingle on Main

News October 8, 2026 4 min read Suggest a correction

The Rolesville Chamber of Commerce has two evening business events on its calendar for the week of October 19: Business After Hours at The Pub Hub in the Wallbrook shopping center on Thursday, October 22, 2026, and Mingle on Main in downtown Rolesville on Friday, October 23, 2026. Mingle on Main returns for a second evening on Friday, November 20, 2026, according to the chamber’s event calendar.

Both events take registration through the chamber’s online event pages, which list Sanchia Allen as the contact at membership@rolesvillechamber.org. Neither page lists a ticket price.

Business After Hours at The Pub Hub on October 22

The mixer runs from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at The Pub Hub, 811 S. Main St., Suite 106. The Pub Hub is the event sponsor, and the chamber’s event page says “Light refreshments will be provided by The Pub Hub.” The chamber describes the hour as a relaxed social gathering where Rolesville business owners and residents can meet, trade contacts and grow their networks.

The Pub Hub is a taproom that does not brew its own beer. It pours a rotating lineup of North Carolina craft beer, including IPAs, sours, stouts and lagers from local and regional breweries, according to its website. The taproom opened in Wallbrook next to Publix, at the south end of Main Street, and the Town of Rolesville’s downtown page lists it among the center’s open businesses. The company’s website lists these hours and no phone number:

  • It is open Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • It is open Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • It is open Saturday from noon to 11 p.m.
  • It is open Sunday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Mingle on Main on October 23 and November 20

Mingle on Main runs from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on both dates. The chamber’s event page gives the location as downtown Rolesville, with no street address, and pitches the evening as a way to support Rolesville businesses in a “downtown social district.” It points guests to businesses in Cobblestone Village and at the corner of Young and Main streets. The page lists these features:

  • Live music is planned.
  • A free prize raffle is planned.
  • Food and bar drinks will be available.
  • Pop-up shops will set up for the evening.

The page does not name the participating businesses or vendors.

The chamber also held Mingle on Main in 2025. That event ran on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., paired with a Business After Hours inside the chamber’s office at 200 E. Young St., according to the chamber’s page for that event. It was set up as a sip and shop: guests had tickets stamped at participating businesses on Young and Main streets for a chance at a gift basket valued at more than $350, and there was no admission fee.

The 2025 event had a waiver from the town. On October 9, 2025, the Rolesville Board of Commissioners approved a request to waive the alcoholic beverages provision of Town Code Section 113.5 for the 2025 Mingle on Main, according to the meeting minutes. The item was on the consent agenda, which passed unanimously on a motion by Commissioner Paul Vilga, seconded by Commissioner Dan Alston.

The downtown blocks around Young and Main

Cobblestone Village is an 11-acre development at the intersection of Main and Young streets, with 50,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space plus apartments, according to the town’s downtown page. WRAL reported on June 20, 2025, that Artisan Beer & Cheese, owned by Chelsea and Brian Jenzer, and Pixels Bar + Arcade were open in Cobblestone Village.

The Rolesville Downtown Development Association, a nonprofit founded in 2023, supports downtown businesses and events and runs a facade improvement program, according to the town’s downtown page. In an April 21, 2026, release, the town said the association put $25,000 from the Duke Energy Foundation into that program and awarded grants of up to $5,000 to five businesses. Artisan Beer and Cheese got a new sign and lighting, and Bites on Main got new signage.

The town’s downtown page describes the Main Street Project as a roadway improvement of more than $23 million that adds street trees, sidewalks, curbing and streetlights.
