Granite Ridge Townhomes ribbon cutting is October 19 in Rolesville
Granite Ridge Townhomes in Rolesville will hold its ribbon cutting from noon to 1 p.m. Monday, October 19, at 118 Rolesville Ridge Drive. The Rolesville Chamber of Commerce is hosting the event, and its listing invites community members to come out and welcome the new neighborhood.
The community is built by HHHunt Homes, the homebuilding arm of HHHunt. It sits about a mile from downtown Rolesville, according to the builder, which announced the groundbreaking on June 8, 2026, and said then that the first move-in-ready homes were expected in September.
Prices and homes on the market
The builder’s community page lists Granite Ridge as a grand opening community with prices from the upper $200s. On October 3, it listed these homes and terms:
- Seven move-in-ready homes on Short Ridge Way were listed from $299,990 to $329,520.
- The lowest price, $299,990, was for 320 Short Ridge Way.
- The highest, $329,520, was for 330 Short Ridge Way.
- Four homes on Rolesville Ridge Drive were listed for December availability, from $306,990 to $318,990.
- Monthly payments were advertised from $1,745 with a temporary rate buydown.
- 100% USDA financing was listed as available.
The plan shown is the Whitfield, a townhome with three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,530 square feet. It has a one-car garage, a covered porch and an open main floor, and buyers pick their interior finishes. HHHunt says its homes carry a 10-year limited warranty.
The builder has not published the total number of townhomes planned for the community.
A swim club membership comes with the HOA
The homeowners association includes membership at the Granite Falls Swim & Athletic Club on Granite Falls Boulevard, according to the builder. That club lists these facts on its own website:
- The building covers 60,000 square feet.
- Members get indoor and outdoor pools, the gym and more than 150 free group fitness classes a month.
- The Granite Falls Makos are a year-round swim team, and the Granite Falls Gators are a members-only summer team for ages 5 to 18.
- Regular membership plans run from $49 to $124 a month.
The builder’s groundbreaking announcement also pointed buyers to Cobblestone Village, Main Street Park and Mill Bridge Nature Park nearby.
Sales center hours and schools
The model home and sales center is at 120 Rolesville Ridge Drive. Its posted hours are:
- It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- It is open Sunday and Monday from 1 to 5 p.m.
The community page lists Rolesville Elementary, Rolesville Middle and Rolesville High as the assigned schools. The Wake County Public School System sets assignments each year.
The builder behind it
HHHunt started in 1966 in Blacksburg, Virginia, and 2026 marks its 60th year. The company builds homes, apartments and planned communities in six states, including North Carolina, where it has an office in Cary.
In September, Rolesville’s town board approved townhomes on Averette Road with limits on rentals.
