The Corner
About
The Corner is an open-air gathering spot on NC State’s Centennial Campus, at the crossing of Main Campus Drive and Research Drive. It is built around four repurposed shipping containers, which makes it very easy to find and hard to mistake for anything else.
The idea is to get the people who share the campus into the same place: students, researchers, staff and the companies based there. You can tackle some work, meet a team or sit with friends for an hour, and nobody minds which one you came for.
What to know
- Anyone is welcome, including Raleigh and Research Triangle Park people with no campus tie.
- Centennial Campus partners and tenants use it alongside NC State students, faculty and staff.
- Campus events are held in the space.
- Student groups and teams can host programs of their own there.
- Centennial Campus is NC State’s award-winning research park.
