Fusion Nine is an Indian restaurant in a shopping strip on Morrisville Parkway near Davis Drive in Morrisville, a short hop from the RTP offices. It is a single, independently owned location.
The kitchen cooks Indo-Chinese dishes such as Gobi Manchurian, Chicken 65 and Manchurian fried rice, alongside North Indian tandoor plates, biryanis and curries. Peri peri chicken and a broccoli malai kebab are on the menu too. Where most Indian spots along NC 54 are counters, this one has table service, a cocktail bar and outdoor seating, so it works for a longer dinner with a group.
