Biscuit Belly posts Wake Forest address on Rogers Branch Road
Biscuit Belly, the brunch chain based in Louisville, Kentucky, now lists its Wake Forest restaurant at 3601 Rogers Branch Road, Suite 101, according to the company’s website on October 2, 2026. The Wake Forest store is not open. The company marks it “Coming Soon,” gives no opening date and is taking job applications for it.
What the company has posted for Wake Forest
The Wake Forest page carries the address and a short greeting: “Hey Wake Forest! We’ve got your desire for biscuits & gravy smothered and covered.” It lists no hours or phone number. It sends job seekers to the company’s careers page, according to the company’s website.
The address is one of the new retail buildings on Rogers Branch Road near Forestville Road. The Town of Wake Forest issued six building permits for 3601 to 3605 Rogers Branch Road in July and August 2026.
One of three company-backed stores
The company named Wake Forest as a planned site in 2025. Verdict Food Service reported on October 23, 2025 that the chain planned six new restaurants and had 13 open in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. BizFayetteville reported the same plan on December 16, 2025, with the remaining stores expected to open by 2027.
The six new sites were split this way:
- Wake Forest, Fayetteville and Peachtree City, Georgia, are corporate joint-venture stores.
- Three franchised restaurants are planned for the Florida Panhandle.
Chad Coulter, the co-founder and CEO, told BizFayetteville the founders are “putting our own dollars into these ventures.” The Fayetteville store at 145 Glensford Drive was set to open on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, BizFayetteville reported on July 21, 2026. The company’s locations page now shows Fayetteville and Peachtree City open and Wake Forest as the only one of the three joint-venture stores still listed as coming soon.
The chain has grown since. On July 20, 2026, Nation’s Restaurant News reported that Biscuit Belly bought 34 Maple Street Biscuit Company restaurants and will convert them over 18 to 24 months. The company then had 15 restaurants and was aiming for more than 60 by the end of 2028. The first North Carolina conversion is planned for 8921 Christenbury Parkway in Concord in late fall 2026, What Now Charlotte reported on September 28, 2026.
The nearest open Biscuit Belly is in Raleigh
Chad and Lauren Coulter, both former pharmacists, founded the company in Louisville in 2019, according to BizFayetteville and WRAL. Its first North Carolina restaurant, Biscuit Belly at Seaboard Station, opened on April 30, 2024, at 708 Seaboard Station Drive in Raleigh, WRAL reported. The Raleigh store’s phone number is 919-887-9338, and it posts these hours, according to the company’s website:
- Monday through Thursday, it is open 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Friday through Sunday, it is open 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Raleigh store offers free one-hour validated parking in the building’s garage, which is entered from West Franklin Street, according to the company’s website. The chain’s other open North Carolina restaurants are at 1949 E. 7th Street, Suite 2, in Charlotte’s Elizabeth neighborhood and in Fayetteville.
The chain’s online menu lists no prices. Its dishes include these, according to the company’s website:
