WakeMed MyCare 365 Primary & Urgent Care – Wake Forest

WakeMed MyCare 365 Primary & Urgent Care is a walk-in office on South Main Street in Wake Forest, run by WakeMed Health & Hospitals. WakeMed introduced its MyCare 365 model with this location, and the office still carries the MyCare 365 name.

The office combines primary care and urgent care, and patients are seen with or without an appointment. Lab work and imaging are done onsite. It handles walk-in DOT physicals and pre-employment physicals without a booking, and virtual visits are available for people who cannot come in.
