Salt & Lime Cabo Grill is a locally owned Baja-style restaurant in the North Ridge Shopping Center on Falls of Neuse Road in North Raleigh, owned by Ken and Katie Smith. A second location operates on Grove Barton Road in northwest Raleigh.
The menu takes its cue from fish tacos eaten in San Diego and Pensacola and goes beyond Mexico on purpose, with salmon tacos and carne asada at $18 alongside shrimp and grits and calamari. Chef DJ Nagle joined the kitchen in 2019, and Visit Raleigh describes the cooking as influenced by Baja’s coastal cuisine.
