Primary Beginnings Child Development Center – North Hills

Primary Beginnings Child Development Center sits on North Hills Drive in Raleigh, independent and locally owned instead of part of a national chain. It is one of several Primary Beginnings locations around the city.

Programs are organized around children’s developmental and educational milestones, so the infant rooms and the preschool classrooms are doing different work. The center holds a Five Star Center License from the state, which is the highest rating North Carolina gives. Tours can be scheduled by families who want to see it for themselves.
