Fresko Greek Kitchen
About
Fresko Greek Kitchen is a Greek restaurant on Bale Street in Raleigh, built around bowls and pitas that guests put together themselves. Each order starts with a base, and the fillings go on from there. A second Fresko at Brennan Station on Creedmoor Road in north Raleigh closed in 2026, leaving Bale Street as the restaurant’s only location.
The kitchen sticks to Greek standards. Avgolemono, the lemon and egg soup, shares the menu with spanakopita, dolmades and falafel. Dessert runs to baklava and Greek donuts. Orders can be placed online for pickup, so a lunch can be ready when you get there.
