Charron’s Deli & Cafe is a family-owned deli on East Main Street in downtown Youngsville. It has been part of the short row of independent shops at the center of town since 2009.
The kitchen works in the New York deli style, stacking Boar’s Head meats and cheeses onto hot pastrami, Reubens and roast beef with cheddar, with French dip and meatball subs on the hot side. Soups are made in-house. It is the place downtown workers and neighbors go when they want a quick, filling lunch close to home.
