Carmen’s Cuban Cafe and Lounge

Carmen’s Cuban Cafe and Lounge has served Cuban food on Factory Shops Road in Morrisville for twenty years. Ropa vieja, the signature Cuban sandwich, and a good mojito are the anchors of the menu.

It started with Carmen, the family matriarch known as Mima, and the recipes handed down through generations of her family. Those recipes still run the kitchen, and the room is put together to give some sense of Cuban culture along with the food. The lounge side keeps a bar running alongside the dining room.
