Happy Feet Planet

Happy Feet Planet is an indoor playground for children from 6 months to 12 years old in Wake Forest Exchange, the St. John Properties business park off Capital Boulevard. It opened on May 28, 2026, as the company’s third North Carolina location after Apex and Clayton. Owner Eric Liu, an Apex resident, started the concept after looking for safe places where his own young children could play while parents watched.

The Wake Forest space offers unlimited playtime on cushioned, multi-level play structures and hosts birthday parties. It was one of the first two tenants announced for the park in February 2026.

What to know

• The company signed for 15,120 square feet in the building’s first round of leases.
• The play structure is three stories tall with cushioned surfaces throughout.
• St. John Properties added a parking lot, sidewalk and fencing for the tenant.
• The location was expected to employ about 30 people when it was announced.
