Atlantic Tire & Service in Wake Forest is the tire shop on S Main St south of downtown that traded as Wake Tire & Service Center and then Tree City Tire. The address has sold tires since 1985, and the group that owns it now runs eight locations in North Carolina and Georgia.
The shop does North Carolina safety and emissions inspections, laser wheel alignment, tires, brakes, air conditioning, engine and suspension work, batteries and fleet maintenance, with ASE-certified technicians on the floor. A courtesy shuttle and Wi-Fi make a wait or a drop-off easier, and repairs come with a two-year, 24,000-mile nationwide warranty.
