Chai Fresh is a chai cafe and Indo-Chinese snack shop on Chapel Hill Road in Morrisville, in the NC 54 strip near Morrisville-Carpenter Road. It opened in July 2024.
The drinks side runs masala chai, South Indian filter coffee and bubble tea. The food side is street snacks: steamed or tossed momos filled with paneer or chicken, veg and onion samosas, baby corn Manchurian, crispy cauliflower bites, egg chilli fry, sandwiches and wraps. Dosas come as thin “crepes,” among them a Mysore-style version, one with avocado and cheese, and a build-your-own, plus set dosa with vada curry or chicken curry.
