Capital City Chop House is a steakhouse on Airgate Drive in Morrisville, on the hotel strip where Airport Boulevard meets I-40, a few minutes from RDU. It is one of two restaurants run by Chophouses of NC; the other is in High Point.
The menu is built around Certified Angus Beef steaks, from a filet mignon to a bone-in cowboy ribeye, plus roasted lobster tail and jumbo-lump Carolina crab cakes. It is dinner only and takes reservations, which helps on nights when the hotels are full and RTP companies are entertaining clients.
