North Hills
About
North Hills is a multi-faceted district in Midtown Raleigh where people live, work, shop, dine and play. It started as North Hills Mall, which opened in 1960 as a strip mall and was rebuilt as an enclosed mall seven years later.
Kane Realty Corporation bought the site in 2001 with the aim of creating what North Hills is today. The new district reopened in 2004 and has continued to grow ever since, and it now covers a good stretch of Midtown around Lassiter at North Hills Avenue.
