Mizu

Mizu House is a Japanese restaurant on Wakefield Commons Drive in North Raleigh, near the Wake Forest line. It has been serving sushi, seafood and hibachi from the same address since 2007, and calls itself North Raleigh’s best.

The room has modern decor and a friendly feel, and the kitchen puts freshness and quality first. Service is the other thing the restaurant is proud of, and the welcome tends to be the first thing guests notice. Close to two decades in one spot says something about how the neighborhood has taken to it.
