Sugar Magnolia Cafe is a breakfast and lunch cafe on South White Street in downtown Wake Forest, known around town for its food and the look of the place. New owners took it over recently, and they also run the Magnolia Roots Music Lounge next door.
The owners live in Wake Forest with their daughter Raelyn, and they describe themselves as thrilled to be part of the charm downtown. John Stephens brings more than seventeen years in food and beverage to it, including a long run as a general manager with Jersey Mike’s.
