WakeMed Children’s Urgent Care in north Raleigh is a pediatric-only clinic on Six Forks Road near Strickland Road. WakeMed runs it with PM Pediatrics, a children’s urgent care group. At about 20 minutes from Wake Forest, it is the only children’s urgent care within reach of town.
Patients from newborns up to age 26 are seen here. X-rays and lab work happen in the building, and staff place stitches and treat broken bones. Families can also begin with a virtual visit in the PM Pediatrics app instead of driving over first.
