Heritage Urgent & Primary Care – Wake Forest

Heritage Urgent & Primary Care is an independent clinic on Dr. Calvin Jones Highway, the NC 98 bypass, in Wake Forest. It is one of two offices in a small local group; the other is in north Raleigh.

The Wake Forest office handles walk-in urgent care and ongoing primary care under one roof. Digital X-rays are taken on site, and the in-house lab returns many results the same day.
