Vira Bistro
About
Vira Bistro is a European bistro with Ukrainian roots on Rogers Branch Road in Wake Forest, in the space Cha House used to occupy. It was founded by Vasyl and chef Artem Blauta, whom the restaurant describes as a celebrated chef and restaurateur in Ukraine.
The kitchen runs breakfast and dinner. Mornings bring syrnyki, shakshuka and croissants with poached egg and hollandaise. Evenings bring beet carpaccio, beef cheeks in red wine with banosh and pork ribs with beet glaze. A dish or two changes with what Carolina farms bring in.
