Just Flooring opens Knightdale showroom on North Smithfield Road
A flooring store held a grand opening on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at its new showroom on North Smithfield Road in Knightdale. The event was announced by the Town of Knightdale in its K-Commerce Chronicle business newsletter, sent September 4, which said Just Flooring would host the grand opening at its North Smithfield Road location.
The town’s online business directory lists the store at 831 N. Smithfield Road, Knightdale, NC 27545, with a phone number of (919) 373-0052. The newsletter described the space as a new showroom and pitched the grand opening to residents and local business leaders.
What the Knightdale showroom sells
The town directory describes Just Flooring as a locally owned and operated business that serves homeowners and businesses throughout Wake and Johnston counties. Its product list covers luxury vinyl plank and luxury vinyl tile, carpet, hardwood, vinyl and laminate.
The directory lists these services:
- The company handles professional installation.
- Estimates and measurements are free and take place in the customer’s home.
- Staff offer flooring consultations for customers choosing a material.
- Warranty assistance is listed among the company’s services.
The same listing mentions a mobile showroom the company calls The Bus.
Two earlier grand openings in the past year
Knightdale follows two other grand openings Just Flooring announced in press releases over the past year. Here is the timeline:
- The Smithfield store at 1150 N. Brightleaf Blvd. held its grand opening on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- The Raleigh store at 6704 Old Wake Forest Road held its grand opening on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- The Knightdale store at 831 N. Smithfield Road held its grand opening on Saturday, September 5, 2026.
The Raleigh store is on Old Wake Forest Road inside Raleigh, not in the town of Wake Forest. Its January release listed a phone number of (919) 446-8800 for that showroom and added tile to the company’s product list.
Who runs the company
Justin Ross is the managing partner, according to both releases. In the January announcement, he called the Raleigh showroom “an important milestone for our company.” In the Smithfield release, he said the goal there was a flooring partner that is easy to work with, “transparent on pricing, and obsessed with craftsmanship.”
The Smithfield release described Just Flooring as a locally owned showroom and installation company that works with homeowners, real estate professionals and builders across Johnston County and the greater Triangle. It named Teresa Baker as a design consultant at the Smithfield store. That grand opening included product demonstrations and design consultations with flooring specialists, and the release said walk-ins were welcome.
