Wake Forest Florist is the retail flower shop at the south end of South White Street in downtown Wake Forest, a few blocks from the historic district’s restaurants. It has been in business since 1964, and its website describes it as the original florist of Wake Forest.
The shop sells fresh-cut flowers, tropical stems, seasonal plants, dried arrangements, gourmet and fruit baskets and greeting cards, and designs for weddings, events and funerals. Every bouquet is made in the shop, and orders that need to go out of town can be sent through the Teleflora network.
