Videri Chocolate Factory

Videri Chocolate Factory makes chocolate from bean to bar on West Davie Street in downtown Raleigh. It was started by a group of friendly folks who wanted to handle the whole process themselves, and the factory and the shop share one space.

The bars include a 70% dark with flaky sea salt and another with roasted almond, and they can be wrapped up as gifts. Walking in, you can see how the chocolate is made, which is the point for anyone who cares where their food comes from.
