Valentine Commons
About
Valentine Commons is a student high-rise on M E Valentine Drive, a few steps from the NC State campus. It was Raleigh’s original purpose-built student high-rise, and it still fills with undergraduates who want an off-campus apartment within easy walking distance of class.
Floor plans are laid out for roommates, with bedrooms arranged so several people can share a unit without sharing much else. Leasing follows the school calendar, which means the busiest touring and signing season arrives a long time before anyone actually moves in.
