Tribeca Tavern is a locally owned restaurant on Ledgestone Way in Cary that has been open since 2010. The kitchen runs on what it calls a pasture-to-plate mission, sourcing food directly from local farms and producers.
That means real relationships with North Carolina cattle farmers and beef that is pasture-raised rather than bought off a broad supply chain. Burgers are ground in house every day and grilled fresh, and the house brews start in the restaurant’s own grain silo. Exceeding expectations is the phrase it puts on its own history.
