The Transfer Co. Ballroom is an event space on East Davie Street in downtown Raleigh, attached to the Transfer Co. Food Hall. It occupies the old Carolina Coach Garage and Shops, a renovated warehouse with original brick walls, reclaimed beams and huge skylights.
The feel is modern and industrial, with concrete and steel doing much of the work. The renovation kept the character of the building instead of covering it up, and catering for an event comes straight from the restaurants in the food hall next door.
