Torchy’s Tacos

Torchy’s Tacos brings the Austin-born Damn Good taco chain to Dr. Calvin Jones Highway in Wake Forest. Tacos, bowls and salads are all cooked to order, and the queso is made fresh through the day.

The chain started as a single food trailer in 2006 and kept the scratch cooking as it grew, down to house-pressed tortillas and churros made in house. Frozen margaritas are poured alongside the food, and a Taco of the Month rotates through the year. There is a kids menu as well.
