The Hudson Manor Estate

The Hudson Manor Estate is an owner-operated wedding venue on Moulton Road near Louisburg, in Franklin County, about 25 minutes north of Wake Forest by its own count. Packages range from a basic venue rental to a fully catered all-inclusive day.
Owners Melissa and Glenn Cogliati host one wedding per weekend across a Grand Ballroom, the Manor House, a chapel and the grounds, with space for up to 180 guests. Gold chiavari chairs, linens and china are included, and every package keeps food and drink in-house, with cake or dessert the only outside exception.

- The Basic venue fee is $7,250 in 2026 and $7,500 in 2027 and 2028.
- A food and beverage minimum of $4,500 to $6,500 applies, plus 22% gratuity and tax.

- Outdoor ceremony sites carry an extra charge, per the venue.
