The Hope Center at Pullen
About
The Hope Center at Pullen is a nonprofit on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh that works with young people aging out of foster care in Wake County. Aging out means leaving the system without a family to fall back on, and the center’s work is to make that transition workable.
Staff connect these young adults with resources and steady support, working toward a community where a person’s history in foster care does not set a limit on their future. The team describes its work as empowering youth in that transition.
