The Carolina Manor House is a wedding venue on East Mason Street in Franklinton, built around a Queen Anne home dating to 1902. The house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and the venue is independently owned.
A 12-hour full wedding includes a bridal suite, makeup room and groom suite, plus the Grand Hall with its built-in bar and two fire pits. Couples also get a one-hour rehearsal, a photoshoot and an hour in the Wine & Bourbon Cellar, and the four treehouse cabins on site sleep 16 guests.

- Off-peak 2027 prices are $6,000 on weekdays, $8,000 on Friday or Sunday and $9,000 Saturday.
- Peak 2027 prices rise to $6,500, $8,500 and $9,500 for the same days.
- Bar packages start at $25 per person for beer and wine, per Zola.
