The Brasserie at Neuse River Brewing

The Brasserie is the restaurant side of Neuse River Brewing, on Pershing Road in Raleigh. You eat in the same building where the beer is made, which gives the room the easy feel of a taproom with a real kitchen attached to it.

It suits a full sit-down meal or a lighter stop on the way through, and the food is written to go with whatever the brewery has pouring that week. Since the two sides share a roof, a bar and an address, there is never much doubt about what to drink alongside dinner.
