Sushi at the Park

Sushi at the Park is on Parkside Main Street in Cary, an independent, family-owned restaurant that carries on a family’s long run in the business. The family has been feeding North Carolina for more than 20 years, and was among the Triangle’s first Asian fusion restaurants.

The menu runs to fresh sushi and bold Asian flavors, and the house line, still partying like it’s 1999, gives you the tone. The restaurant hosts events too, from birthday parties to office gatherings. A separate vegetarian menu runs alongside the main one.
