Surya Technologies is an IT company with offices at Crescent Green in Cary and its own facility in Research Triangle Park. It has operated since 1999, and its premise is that IT is a physical problem as much as a software one: hardware has to be somewhere, tracked, and replaced.
The signature piece is a stocked smart locker installed at a client’s site at no charge and opened by badge, so a replacement machine or part is already there when someone needs it. Every item issued is recorded against its serial number, and returns, repairs, and certified erasure are handled by Surya.
