Solis Buffaloe

Solis Buffaloe is a new luxury apartment community on Red Bartlett Way in northeast Raleigh. The interiors mix vintage-inspired details, warm neutrals, and bold, eclectic accents, which the community describes as modern Southern living with a grand-millennial twist. The look is meant to feel settled from the day you move in.

The amenities matter as much as the apartments here, and the shared spaces are built to actually be used. Apartments are pet friendly, though the community keeps a list of restricted dog breeds. The pitch is less about square footage than about how the place is meant to be lived in.

What to know

• Shared spaces include courtyards, resort-style pools, co-working lounges, and fitness areas.

• Restricted breeds include pit bull terriers, Staffordshire terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman pinschers.
• Chows, presa canarios, akitas, Alaskan malamutes, and wolf hybrids are also restricted.
