Snoopy’s started in Raleigh in 1978, founded by Steve and Sarah Webb, and the hot dogs still come on a steamed bun with mustard, onions, and chili, an eastern North Carolina habit. Five locations now operate across Raleigh and Garner. Little about the formula has changed since then.
