Shelley Lake Park is a 144.8-acre city park at 1400 West Millbrook Road in North Raleigh, built around a two-mile paved loop trail circling the lake.
There is a fishing pier, lake access and the Sertoma Arts Center on site, and the loop connects into the Capital Area Greenway. Gate hours change seasonally.
