Sammy’s Tap & Grill is a neighborhood sports bar on Avent Ferry Road in Raleigh, with about twenty years of food, service, and good times behind it. The owners call it a truly local experience, and weekly specials keep regulars coming back.
David Harris and Rodney Byrd bought the bar from its original owner in 2018. David has been the majority owner-operator since then, and he has rebuilt both the menu and the day-to-day operation in the years since. He is a seasoned restaurateur with a record of reviving and expanding restaurant brands.
