R&D Brewing Seven Saturdays Taproom

Seven Saturdays Taproom is R&D Brewing’s tasting room on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh, open since February 2022. It pours the brewery’s core beers next to small-batch things the brewers are still working out, so anyone who has had these beers around town can drink them at the source.

The room is casual, and food comes from trucks that park outside on a rotating schedule, with barbecue, Cuban, and taco kitchens among them. The board changes often enough that regulars usually find something they have not had.
