Raleigh Walking Tours is run by Tricia, who moved to Raleigh in February 2001 after living in Boston for a while. She has lived a block outside the historic Oakwood neighborhood for more than 20 years and has walked it the whole time.
The business started in 2015, when she decided to share her love of Oakwood’s history and architecture with other people. It has grown in ways she says she never imagined, and the tours now cover downtown Raleigh for public groups and for private VIP bookings.
