Raleigh Cheesy is a cheeseboard shop on Medlin Drive in Raleigh. Courtney Bowman started it in 2019, after teaching had left her burnt out and unsure about where that career was going, and the business grew out of that decision.
The idea is a board that impresses people and actually fills them up, put together without the customer losing an afternoon to it. Visitors describe a small, carefully arranged space with the ingredients laid out where you can see them, and an owner whose personality suits the place.
