Pura Vida Studio on Ledgestone Way in Cary teaches yoga and aerial acrobatics, and it offers wellness classes alongside them. The invitation the studio puts out is to discover what you’re capable of, which covers both a first yoga class and a first try at aerial.
New students have two ways in: a ten-day unlimited yoga special, or an Intro to All Things Aerial package for first-timers. Either one is meant to help you find a kind of movement you will actually want to keep doing.
