Pokeworks is a poke shop on O’Kelly Chapel Road in Cary, where the idea is to get your bowl the way you want it. Order one of the chef-built Signature Works or build your own from premium proteins, mix-ins, sauces and toppings.
Bowls and burritos are both on the menu, and there is a rewards program for regulars. The chain started in 2015, when a group of friends came back from Hawaii wanting to bring poke to the mainland. Hot plates are on the menu as well.
