Pierro’s Italian Bistro is on Glenwood Avenue in Glenwood South, family owned and operated since 2002. It is the flagship of a restaurant that started in Fayetteville, and it takes its name from Leo Pierro, who came to America from Italy in 1917.
The menu runs to steak, seafood and pasta, and the room is set up for a night out instead of a quick bite. Founder Daniel Fair cooks as executive chef, and his partner Michael Laurenceau runs the operation, the two of them having worked together for thirty years.
