Piccola Italia Pizza & Restaurant has been on Woodburn Road in Cameron Village since 1982, family owned and operated the whole time. It was Frank Amato’s place from the start, and his recipes still run the kitchen.
What comes out is traditional Italian-American cooking and New York style pizza, with pasta, chicken and seafood dishes filling the rest of the menu. The wine list is there to go with it. Service is a point of pride here, and the aim is that a first visit turns into a habit.
