North Carolina State University Conference & Guest Services

NC State Conference and Guest Services works out of Pullen Hall on the university’s Raleigh campus and handles outside groups who want to use it. It covers conference planning, guest rooms and the campus services that go with them.

Most of the business is summer business, when the residence halls are free and the campus is quiet. Planners bring an event, and this office lines up the facilities, the beds and the services behind them, from the first inquiry through the last night.
