Newland Co. – Wendell Falls

Wendell Falls is a master-planned community in Wendell, with an office on Vintage Point Lane. New homes come from several builders, and the plan sets them among parks and trails, a farmhouse amenity center and Treelight Square, the community’s shopping and dining district.

It was developed by Newland, which has shaped communities for more than 50 years and has since joined Brookfield Residential. The thinking behind the design is a place where people feel connected and supported, one meant to grow along with the people living in it.
