New China
About
New China is a counter-serve Chinese restaurant on North Harrison Avenue in Cary, sitting in a strip mall the way the good ones usually do. The menu holds the familiar dishes, cooked with ingredients chosen carefully for each one.
The atmosphere is friendly and the service is quick, which is most of what you want from a neighborhood Chinese place. Counter service keeps things moving, and you can eat in or carry the bag home. It suits a weeknight when nobody feels like cooking and everyone wants something different.
