Miso Ramen Bar – Raleigh
About
Miso Ramen Bar opened on Crabtree Boulevard in January 2020, which makes it the longest-running dedicated ramen shop in Raleigh. Peck C. and Ke W. own it, and a second location trades in Cary.
Pork bone carries the tonkotsu, the spicy tan tan and the black garlic spicy tan tan; chicken carries the miso and the shoyu with a house-made soy tare; and there is a coconut-milk curry broth. The veggie curry doubles as the vegan and gluten-free bowl because it swaps in kale noodles. Broth is prepared daily and the chashu is braised in house. Bowls run $15.50 to $17.50.
