Miso Ramen Bar – Cary

Miso Ramen Bar is a family-run Japanese restaurant on High House Road in Cary, opened in January 2020 by Peck C. and Ke W. It came out of a shared interest in careful cooking and genuine hospitality.

The kitchen works from traditional recipes with a lighter, more modern feel in the room. Rich broths and signature ramen carry the menu, and the staff keeps service steady enough that a table of people with different tastes can all find a bowl they want. The kitchen says it takes pride in every bowl that goes out.
